Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the freelance Marketing Project Manager will manage high-volume marketing and communications projects remotely for a renowned healthcare organization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials that help members understand their healthcare plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and member communications projects from intake through completion
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communication
• Use Adobe Workfront to track project status, update tasks, and ensure deadlines are met

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing project management or related experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
• Experience managing multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus
