Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote contract Marketing Project Manager will support the execution of a strategic corporate rebranding initiative by managing day-to-day tasks, tracking project milestones, and ensuring brand governance across a complex enterprise.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the Rebrand PM to track cross-functional dependencies and manage project plans and task lists
- Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform to ensure new logos and digital assets are organized and launch-ready
- Audit internal and external channels for consistent application of the new visual identity and facilitate project meetings
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of project coordination or marketing coordination experience in the Insurance, Wholesale Brokerage, Financial Services, or Banking sectors
- Proven experience in corporate rebranding or large-scale marketing implementation
- High proficiency with project management tools like Smartsheet and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
