Marketing Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the day-to-day contact on projects and be responsible for the end-to-end management of each project with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations on projects, including timing, scope, and next steps
• Drive and facilitate cross-functional team coordination, goal alignment, and budget management
• Communicate with creative and production teams, monitor project status, and move projects forward

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Pharmaceutical experience and working knowledge of Veeva Vault
• Experience with project management software and proficient in Microsoft Windows skills
• Superior customer service ethic and excellent client relationship skills
• Strong understanding of graphic design skills and Adobe Products
