Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with business development teams on proposal preparation and client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead proposal efforts, coordinating content and information for qualifications and proposals
• Facilitate color reviews and manage revisions based on feedback from review teams
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and conduct internal debriefs to ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of experience in marketing proposal activities or equivalent education/experience
• Understanding of proposal strategy development, compliance, and production
• Experience producing submissions in response to RFQ/RFP documents
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with InDesign software and the A/E industry is advantageous
