Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with business development and operations teams on proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and supporting large and medium proposals from capture to interview stage
• Coordinate content and information for proposals, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Participate in proposal reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and proposal support
• Understanding of proposal strategy development and compliance
• Experience producing submissions in response to RFQ/RFP documents
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with InDesign software and marketing concepts
