Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with business development and operations teams on client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead proposal preparation, coordinating content and information for qualifications and proposals
• Facilitate color reviews and implement revisions based on feedback from review teams
• Support marketing information development and provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of experience in a marketing team or equivalent education/experience
• Understanding of proposal strategy development and compliance
• Experience producing submittals in response to RFQ/RFP documents
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with InDesign software and the A/E industry
