Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with the business development and operations team on client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead the preparation of proposals, coordinating content and compliance
• Facilitate color reviews and manage proposal revisions based on feedback
• Engage in go/no-go analyses and ensure continuous improvement through internal debriefs

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of experience in marketing proposal activities or equivalent experience
• Understanding of proposal strategy development and compliance
• Experience producing submissions in response to RFQ/RFP documents
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Working knowledge of InDesign software and familiarity with the A/E industry
