Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with the business development and operations team on client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead proposals, coordinating content and production while providing conceptual leadership for document design
• Facilitate color reviews and manage proposal revisions based on feedback from review teams
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and ensure continuous improvement through internal debriefs and client feedback

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4 years of experience in a marketing team focused on proposal activity or equivalent education/experience
• Understanding of proposal strategy development, compliance, and production
• Experience producing submittals for RFQ/RFP documents
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Familiarity with InDesign software and the A/E industry is a plus
