Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with the business development and operations team on proposal preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and lead the preparation of proposals, coordinating content and managing schedules
• Facilitate proposal reviews and implement revisions based on feedback from review teams
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and complete internal debriefs to ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in marketing proposal support or equivalent experience/education
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and tools
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
