Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to support business development and proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals, supporting from capture through to interview stage
• Coordinate content for qualifications and proposals, including schedules, templates, and compliance
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and internal debriefs, ensuring continuous improvement through client feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of experience in marketing support for proposals or equivalent experience/education
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentation software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
