Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with the business development and operations team on proposals and client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and lead proposals, coordinating content and production efforts
• Facilitate proposal reviews and implement revisions based on feedback
• Engage in go/no-go analyses and internal debriefs to improve proposal quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in marketing proposal support or equivalent experience
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentation software
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organizational skills
