Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with business development and operations teams on proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals, supporting from capture through to interview stage
• Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including compliance, content plan, and production
• Participate in go/no-go analyses and internal debriefs, applying lessons learned to enhance proposal quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in marketing proposal support or equivalent experience/education
• Understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentation software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
