Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with East Region business development and operations teams, the full-time remote Marketing Proposal Specialist will manage the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals, contributing to strategy development through market research and competitive analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and supports proposal efforts, from development to interview preparation, while assisting capture managers with win strategies
• Coordinates proposal logistics, content, and compliance, serving as a lead writer/editor for key sections and developing marketing materials
• Facilitates proposal reviews and debriefs, incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement in proposal processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
• Experience responding to RFQs/RFPs and producing compliant, high-quality submittals
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content
• Understanding of proposal strategy, compliance, and production processes
