Marketing Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with East Region business development and operations teams, the full-time remote Marketing Proposal Specialist will manage the preparation of client solicitations, coordinate proposal content and logistics, and contribute to proposal strategy through market research and competitive intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support proposal development for small to medium proposals and assist with larger proposals, including capture and interview preparation
• Coordinate proposal content logistics, develop annotated outlines, and serve as lead writer/editor for key sections of proposals
• Facilitate color reviews and quality assessments, and participate in go/no-go analyses to support proposal preparation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with RFQs/RFPs and producing compliant, high-quality submissions
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content
• Strong understanding of proposal strategy, compliance, and production processes
