Job Summary
Leading strategic pursuit initiatives, the full-time Marketing Pursuit Director will develop and implement winning strategies for priority opportunities while collaborating with firm leaders and technical teams, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic pursuit planning and facilitate workshops to align teams around client priorities
- Develop messaging strategies for proposals and client-facing opportunities while guiding capture planning activities
- Analyze market and client intelligence to inform pursuit strategies and improve future outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in professional services marketing, pursuit management, or business development, preferably in the AEC industry
- Proven experience leading complex pursuits from strategy through proposal development
- Strong understanding of capture planning, client positioning, and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional facilitation and strategic communication skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams
