Marketing Representative

Job Summary

To support a high-impact sales organization, the part-time Marketing Representative will drive top-of-funnel activity by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers remotely while setting appointments for the Corporate and Market-Based Re-Engagement sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads and set qualified appointments
• Leverage CRM and outreach programs to manage lead status and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize messaging and meet KPI targets

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound appointment setting preferred
• Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferred
• Insurance license preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
