Marketing Senior Associate

Job Summary

Supporting key Medical Marketing initiatives, the full-time remote UPLIZNA IgG4-RD Senior Associate, Marketing will coordinate marketing projects, manage promotional materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand differentiation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budget and logistics for marketing-led congresses and track performance metrics to improve future execution
• Support the development and deployment of promotional materials in collaboration with HCP marketing leadership and agency partners
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project plans for marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery of business priorities

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 1 year OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years OR Associate's degree with 6 years OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience in marketing or related functions
• Experience in developing and executing promotional marketing materials
• Familiarity with conference, speaker program, and advisory board tactics
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
