Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Service Representative to manage customer relationships and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge of products and solutions managed by the Marketing Services Team
• Establish communication with the Client Success Consultant Team to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contracts and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing preferred
• 2+ years of customer experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• HTML knowledge preferred
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
