Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a North Marketing Specialist to support proposal development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proposal support assistance to proposal teams, including compiling resumes and project descriptions
• Maintain Deltek Vision database and other marketing software tools
• Assist with opportunity and market research projects and support business development activities

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Up to 1 year of prior marketing exposure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and multi-task in a busy environment
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships
