Job Summary

Focused on new logo acquisition, the remote Marketing Specialist will manage and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and direct mail, to convert prospects into qualified leads while collaborating closely with the Demand Generation team.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, ensuring segmentation and optimization best practices
  • Support direct mail initiatives and execute webinars in partnership with stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on results
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or demand generation
  • Proven email marketing expertise, including campaign building, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Strong content creation skills for email and landing pages tailored to prospect audiences
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
