Job Summary
Supporting retail marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Specialist will manage co-op program activities, develop marketing collateral and social media strategies, and provide operational support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of co-op program activities and collateral, including performance measurement and reporting
- Identify ongoing marketing needs and develop marketing materials such as line cards and signage based on customer feedback
- Design and execute social media strategies for multiple dealership accounts, monitoring performance for optimal engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing
- Experience with marketing platforms, social media management, and inventory systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Conceptual thinking skills and creativity
