Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting retail marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Specialist will manage co-op program activities, develop marketing collateral and social media strategies, and provide operational support, with the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of co-op program activities and collateral, including performance measurement and reporting
• Develop and enhance marketing materials for retail offerings and collect feedback to improve product positioning
• Design and execute social media strategies for multiple dealership accounts, monitoring performance for optimal engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of professional marketing experience preferred
• Experience with marketing platforms, social media management, and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
