Job Summary
Driving marketing strategies and executing compelling campaigns, the full-time remote Marketing Specialist will manage demand-generation initiatives, oversee omnichannel marketing efforts, and analyze campaign performance to optimize client success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand-generation and brand-awareness campaigns to attract qualified leads
- Design and execute omnichannel campaigns, managing the marketing content calendar for timely execution across various channels
- Utilize reporting tools to monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand
- 3+ years' experience in marketing or demand-focused roles
- Comfortable with reporting and a bias for data-driven approach
- Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and AI tools
