Job Summary

Managing all aspects of company and partner events, the full-time Marketing Specialist - Arizona will work remotely to ensure events are executed on time and within budget while collaborating with stakeholders to understand goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Outline and manage event timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand event goals, objectives, and budget
• Review and negotiate event-related contracts while submitting creative requests for event needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating marketing events, conferences, and client-facing events
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong drive to deliver exceptional events with a go-getter mentality
