Job Summary
To support marketing initiatives, the contract-based Marketing Specialist, Channel Ops will manage and execute campaigns using Braze and HubSpot, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and clean operations
- Support audience management and segmentation for targeted campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues
- Analyze performance data and maintain campaign reports to track engagement and conversion metrics, providing insights for optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and drive optimization
- Experience in managing marketing databases and contact segmentation best practices
