Job Summary
To drive growth across Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time remote Marketing Specialist for LATAM will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, collaborate with global teams, and optimize multichannel campaigns tailored to regional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, leveraging relevant regional channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to enhance acquisition, activation, and retention efforts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dynamics, particularly in region-specific channels like Meta and WhatsApp
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging
- Analytical mindset capable of working with limited data to drive impactful marketing initiatives
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus
