Job Summary
Driving growth across Latin America, the full-time remote Marketing Specialist - LATAM will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, manage multichannel campaigns, and collaborate with global teams to enhance market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems and education structures
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for acquisition, activation, and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and build scalable best practices across LATAM
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including region-specific channel dynamics
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with localized messaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data for impactful marketing initiatives
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus
