Job Summary

Seeking a senior marketing leader, the full-time Director, Marketing Strategy will align enterprise marketing strategy, optimize digital media investments, and ensure measurable growth and ROI while working in a hybrid environment with a requirement for regular in-person presence in Madison, WI.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and align enterprise marketing strategy, planning, and execution across various marketing functions
• Manage digital media strategies and investments to maximize ROI and growth
• Establish marketing measurement and attribution strategies to link investments to business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in digital media investment, ROI measurement, and marketing effectiveness
• Demonstrated success in advising and partnering with senior executives
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills, including budgeting and KPI management
