Job Summary

Leading a team of Marketing Success Managers, the full-time remote Manager, Managed Marketing will hire, develop, and coach specialists while ensuring quality and compliance in marketing campaigns for restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, onboarding, and setting goals
• Handle customer escalations and implement quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with marketing guidelines
• Identify opportunities for customer growth through regular business reviews and innovative team scaling strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success or marketing
• 2+ years of successful team leadership and management experience
• Proven track record in process improvement and building scalable playbooks and QA mechanisms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Enthusiasm for technology and a background in hospitality is a plus
