Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Marketing Technology Analyst will build ETL/data pipelines, manage Contact Builder, and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and data integration processes.
Key responsibilities
- Build ETL/data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and activation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Manage Contact Builder for identity resolution and customer data architecture across CRM systems
- Troubleshoot SFMC issues and optimize workflows in Automation Studio and Journey Builder
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems
- Proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data governance
- Knowledge of identity resolution and customer segmentation strategies
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration
