Job Summary
Leading the marketing onboarding and transition process for newly acquired communities, the remote Marketing Transitions Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance digital presence, support leasing performance, and ensure long-term success under new management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for newly onboarded communities while evaluating existing marketing efforts for improvements
- Oversee the setup and optimization of Internet Listing Services (ILS) and ensure accurate property listings across various platforms
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Marketing Transitions team, managing multiple concurrent property transitions while maintaining established timelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within multifamily or student housing, real estate, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including ILS platforms and paid media
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Property Management Software such as Yardi, OneSite, or Entrata preferred
