Marketo Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Experienced in both the back end and front end of Marketo, the temporary remote Marketo Operations Specialist will manage all admin and build tasks in a high-volume enterprise instance from August through December.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full Marketo administration, including workspaces, roles, and instance configuration
• Develop and manage smart campaigns, email templates, landing pages, and forms
• Handle data management tasks such as imports, deduplication, and CRM synchronization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo
• Proficiency in HTML and Velocity scripting for email and template development
• Experience with integrations using REST and Bulk APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint services
• Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, and deliverability fundamentals
• Ability to operate in a complex, high-volume, multi-program instance
