Job Summary
Seeking a Marketplace Analytics Lead to work remotely in a full-time capacity, this role will manage marketplace monetization and economics, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to drive sustainable growth in the Affirm Marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Own marketplace monetization and balance merchant supply, consumer demand, and pricing to enhance engagement and profitability
- Monitor and adjust marketplace strategies based on performance metrics and overall health
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key Marketplace KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, particularly in marketplaces or two-sided platforms
- Strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics and pricing strategies
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, and DBT, and experience with data pipeline optimization
- Curiosity and experience in leveraging AI tools for analysis and workflow automation
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Engineering teams
