Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations of their Digital Automotive Auction Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily auction operations, including listing workflows and seller onboarding
  • Lead and develop a team of Marketplace Coordinators and Specialists, fostering open communication
  • Oversee customer interactions and analyze auction performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in operations, customer success, e-commerce, or a related field
  • People management experience
  • Comfort with digital tools such as CRM platforms and spreadsheets
  • Genuine interest in collector cars or automotive culture
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, is a plus
