Marketplace Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate - Marketplace (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends and identify whitespace opportunities for category development
• Partner with Merchandising to translate insights into category and merchandising strategies
• Recruit high-quality brands and sellers, and educate them on Marketplace requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in launching or scaling an online marketplace
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric strategies
