Job Summary
Owning marketplace relationships and performance, the full-time Senior Marketplace Channel Manager will manage partnerships with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair, focusing on scaling business opportunities through promotions, advertising, and content optimization in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead relationship development strategies with key marketplace partners to maximize channel program benefits
- Define success metrics and collaborate with the Channel Operations team to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify and implement new business opportunities to enhance channel performance and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with internal and external partners
- Strong focus on operational efficiency and experience with full P&L ownership
- Demonstrated experience in the e-commerce industry with a solid understanding of retail pricing strategies
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to channel management
- Highly proficient in building financial and workflow/process models to support strategic initiatives
