Job Summary
Supporting the digital marketplace team, the full-time remote Marketplace Channel Specialist will manage SKU listing, issue resolution, content updates, and performance monitoring primarily for Amazon, while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance product listings and address customer experience issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage SKU listings, issue resolution, and content updates for Amazon and other marketplace platforms
- Collaborate with Content, Merchandising, and Channel teams to improve product listings and resolve errors
- Monitor performance metrics, policy violations, and customer feedback to identify and address improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant eCommerce experience in Sales, Customer Care, Content, Merchandising, or Pricing
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces, preferably Amazon or Walmart
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with spreadsheets and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and evaluate solutions
- Experience in monitoring and addressing customer feedback and performance metrics
