Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Data Analyst to support a federal health IT initiative focused on data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various systems using multiple tools
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with teams to align data findings with project goals and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant data analytics or data science experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in health IT or federal marketplace domains preferred
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Power BI
• Experience with programming or data query languages like SQL, Python, or R
