Marketplace Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Owning the full marketplace onboarding experience, the remote Marketplace Delivery Manager will ensure successful marketplace adoption across the customer lifecycle, focusing on operational excellence, workflow automation, and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver full onboarding and continuous improvement coverage for customers using the Smartcat Marketplace
- Monitor project execution and ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on-time delivery
- Build and maintain trusted vendor teams, leveraging Smartcat AI tools and best practices
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, or operations
- Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor/freelancer pools is a strong plus
- Certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus
- Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, and manage risk
- Fluent in English, with additional languages desirable
