Marketplace Feed Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Enterprise Feed Manager to manage premier marketplace clients and drive feed initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 14+ clients, ensuring high feed performance and strategic insights
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, leading strategic meetings and identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve feed issues and improve feed quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketplace account management, focusing on product feeds and data
• Familiarity with custom preprocessing and API-based imports from platforms like Shopify and Magento
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm PST
