Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketplace Onboarding & Partner Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound partner application and onboarding process, ensuring timely progression through qualification and onboarding steps
• Oversee a streamlined onboarding process for high-volume partnerships, conducting due diligence and managing partner communications
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or business development within B2B technology or SaaS environments
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including account setup and opportunity management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
• Proactive self-starter with experience in legal request coordination and contract administration
