Marketplace Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst to support the growth and operational aspects of their Marketplace and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Marketplace team's shared inbox and Microsoft Dynamics queue as the main point of contact
• Collaborate with the Integrations Team to address requests from Marketplace partners, including troubleshooting and API enablement
• Assist in the rollout of opt-out campaigns and work with partners to gather commission statements and complete required audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• One or more years coordinating technical projects and activities
• Ability to perform efficiently in a remote work environment
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
