Job Summary
To support marketplace operations, the part-time hourly Marketplace Operations Assistant will manage Shopify listings, coordinate operational projects in Monday.com, and monitor inventory, requiring availability during Eastern Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketplace tasks including Shopify updates, TikTok Shop maintenance, and daily inventory monitoring
- Coordinate operational projects in Monday.com, focusing on data harmonization and tracking tasks across the operations portfolio
- Prepare weekly reports and assist with blog uploads while flagging issues related to Amazon listings
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Shopify admin
- Familiarity with marketplace/e-commerce platforms such as Seller Central and Walmart
- Experience using Monday.com for project coordination
- Demonstrated project coordination experience
- Strong spreadsheet skills
