Marketplace Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Strategy & Operations Associate, Quality & Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits of work submitted by Digital Reporter ICs, delivering structured and actionable feedback
• Manage contractor leveling and performance tracking, including promotions and demotions
• Own and execute training programs across onboarding and continued education, including 1:1 coaching and support

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in training, quality assurance, operations, or marketplace management
• Strong comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); SQL proficiency is a plus
• Experience developing training resources or support documentation
• Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and track performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
