Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Operations Lead to manage relationships with solar developers and optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with solar developers through onboarding and ongoing management
  • Own key marketplace operations by preparing bid packages and conducting bid reviews
  • Capture and communicate developer updates and support project execution post-bid selection
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, renewable energy development, or commercial real estate asset management
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools; experience with HubSpot, Notion, and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable using new technology, including AI tools for workflow automation
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong interest in clean energy and climate tech
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
