Marketplace Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own capacity models, including volume and staffing forecasts, using data analysis and quantitative modeling
• Support staffing strategies, hiring plans, and financial budgets while managing WFM software configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and constraints, providing actionable recommendations based on complex analyses

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or operational analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, and Power Query
• Proven ability to build custom capacity or forecasting models
• Experience working on Operations teams with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
• Comfort with imperfect data and evolving requirements
