A company is looking for a Marketplace & Launch Operations Manager to drive operational success in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own supply and demand forecasts for launch markets using predictive models
• Optimize marketplace configurations to enhance supply-demand matching efficiency
• Design and implement productivity promotions to improve operational efficiency and address fill rate gaps

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional, or operations roles, preferably in marketplace or logistics
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to create complex models and dashboards
• Experience in making business decisions based on limited information
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and resolve stakeholder conflicts
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying tools, and working knowledge of Tableau
