Marketplace Operations Manager
Job Summary
Owning visit delivery for key client programs, the full-time remote Marketplace Operations Manager II will manage operational performance, optimize staffing strategies, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance marketplace outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own marketplace performance outcomes, including SLA attainment and staffing health for assigned client programs
- Develop and implement operational data analytics and reporting to drive recommendations and actions
- Lead new-client implementations and ensure supply readiness for program launches
Required qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end operational performance within a marketplace or two-sided platform environment
- Strong data fluency with hands-on experience in SQL, Looker, and Excel
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect day-to-day operations to broader business goals
- Experience authoring operational procedures and playbooks
