Marketplace Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the Axonify Marketplace and Content Studio, the part-time Marketplace Operations & Content Specialist will oversee content lifecycle processes, fulfill customer orders, and develop engaging learning materials in a hybrid work environment for an 8-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the Axonify Content Marketplace website and oversee content order fulfillment
- Research and develop high-quality learning content while ensuring compliance with Axonify's standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance content offerings and support revenue initiatives
Required qualifications
- A university degree in Writing, English, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of instructional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Vyond, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in conducting independent research and data analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
