Marketplace Operations Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely while adhering to Eastern or Central Time hours, the part-time Marketplace Operations Strategist will conduct comprehensive reviews of apps submitted for the Marketplace, providing feedback and support to developers and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and app quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thoughtful, comprehensive technical and user experience reviews of apps submitted for inclusion in the Marketplace
• Provide regular and incisive feedback to product teams about existing and upcoming features
• Work with developers and partners to improve the quality and performance of their apps during and after the review process

Required qualifications

• Confident writer, particularly in a technical support setting
• Technically comfortable with an understanding of how the web works
• Familiarity with popular SaaS tools (e.g., Asana, Linear, Jira, Github) and common UX patterns
• Experience working in customer or developer support, or a similar role
• Understanding of web services and standard API patterns
